What we do today
In 2023, Christina Hall, the President of the Society of NLP, transferred her rights and ownership of The Society of NLP to a selected group of 19 individual Trainers and Master Trainers worldwide. This strategic move, part of a succession management plan, was designed to ensure the ongoing and future development of the field of NLP.
A few of these Trainers have gathered to form The Lotus Group and create this website. The name “lotus” pays homage to Christina, who has a deep affection for the flower, even featuring it in the header of her own website.
Today, as a result, we will focus our efforts on advancing the field of NLP making our initiatives shape its future.

OUR MISSION
As the original certifying agent of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, The Society of NLP is now collectively owned by a group of individuals, some of whom have coalesced to form The Lotus Group. Our mission is to support participants trained by those Institutes and trainers who provide training content, experiences, and a sense of exploration that aligns with the high standards set forth by the NLP founders.
Moreover, we draw inspiration from the pioneering work of Meta-Master Trainer Christina Hall, Ph.D., whose key contributions to Linguistic Modeling and Process Orientation serve as a beacon guiding our commitment to ensuring the continuity of NLP for future generations.
