KARIM TURKI

With over 20 years of experience, Karim Turki is a consultant in human relations, a coach and a certified NLP Master Trainer.

He directs Arcane Overseas, a company that provides clients with the capacity to develop human capital and align individual and collective performance to the strategies of their organizations. He is also the director of NLP Academy.

Besides teaching NLP, Karim accompanies companies through transition and assists with remodeling. He is an avid researcher, interested in strategies for the attainment of knowledge and methods for the development of self-awareness.

Since 2004, he has accompanied top managers at the international level in multicultural environments, including CEOs, Director-Generals, as well as Management Committees, in the implementation of complex changes and restructurings and/or mergers.

During the last ten years, he provided support to multinational companies, such as Coca-Cola, Schneider Electric, Vivo Energy, HR Acces (Groupe fidelity). His multidisciplinary expertise as a coach, trainer and systems specialist enables him to identify the root causes of most problems encountered in organizations and industries. This multi-level approach also enables him to work with senior level, as well as with the operational teams.

The majority of the largest projects Karim has undertaken in the last five years have started with coaching CEOs. Karim’s expertise in 360° feedback process (Personal Global, 2009) allows leaders and managers to face up to their responsibilities.
