LUCA LANCINI

BARCELONA | SPAIN & ITALY

After more than 20 years of professional experience in training and personal development, Luca Lancini has witnessed in himself, his clients, and his students that anyone, regardless of their level of education, gender, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, or living context, can learn to feel more comfortable with themselves and move closer to their personal and professional goals.

Trained as an architect, he has had the opportunity to learn from the greats in coaching, NLP, and cognitive-behavioral psychology, such as Richard Bandler, Robert Dilts, Stephen Gilligan, Christina Hall, Owen Fitzpatrick, and Dr. Dom DiMattia. He is a Certified Master Trainer of The Society of NLP, Coaching with NLP, and Generative Coaching from the I.A.G.C.

The methodology he has designed and use in courses and individual sessions, he calls TST, Transformational Skills Training. It is an experiential training method based on the evidence that to evolve as individuals, we need to flexibilize our beliefs, learn new skills, and personally verify their usefulness so that what is learned becomes integrated in an emotional-experiential way.

Thanks to his collaboration with the Envi association, the training project “Sín Límites,” which began as an experimental pilot project, continues to be offered free of charge at the men’s penitentiary center of La Roca del Vallès.

In addition to the courses, he offers free master classes at educational events organized by NGOs and Foundations that work with disadvantaged minorities and groups at risk of social exclusion.
